 Position DescriptionT

he contract administrator position will support by organizing and circulating materials; providing information to contract committee members; researching language; suggesting wording; tracking and analyzing current revenues and expenses; projecting effect of contract modifications.

 

 Position Requirements

 Review and manage state licensing and compliance documentation.•

 Assist with prequalifying documentation and insurance documents.•

 Review and manage contract bond and insurance. •

 Complete contract review checklists.•

 Set-up new jobs in the company ERP system.o

 Process new contracts or PO’s.o

 Get COI’s and signatures – submit DOCS back to customer.o

 Request bonds if needed (Perform/Payment).•

 Create warranties and other necessary documentation to complete jobs.•

 Request Change orders as needed.o

 create sub-jobs as needed and update spreadsheets.o

 Assist with state reporting requirements and coordinate with Controller.•

 Register in, and set up, any new software systems for customer contracts, and coordinate access with accounting. •

 Oversee the annual COI renewal and certification for distribution to Safety, Project Managers and Customers.o

 Annual review and purge of outdated COI’s – notify agent.o

 Assist Safety with getting ISNetworld and Avetta certificates updated.•

 Assist with operation projects as needed.•

 Maintain SOP / Step-by-Step instructions & associated documentation.•

 Create schedules of values on projects.

 

Required Qualifications 

 

• Strong customer service skills.•

 Attention to detail.•

 Excellent communication skills.•

 Good problem-solving skills.•

 Strong time management and organizational skills.•

 SAP experience (preferred). 

 

 

Technical Skills  

 Basic math comprehension.•

 Strong Excel Skills.•

 Microsoft Office Suite.•

 Working knowledge of Track, SAP Ariba, Coupa and Caterpillar portals.•

 Adobe Acrobat Suite.•

 Preliminary notices.•

 Vista ERP Software.•

 Contract review.•

 DocuSign.
