Chief legal services officer

Job Title

We are looking to hire a professional Chief Legal Services Officer to add to our team! This role will focus on leading our team of legal staff to research and provide the necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

Assist in the hiring and training of legal staff as necessary.

Conduct performance evaluations for your team.

Prepare legal documents for our attorneys.

Assist with research as deemed necessary.

Manage and prepare files and case records.

Keep up with the documentation of expenses.

Create travel arrangements for our attorneys as necessary.

Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, etc.

Requirements

An associate’s degree or paralegal certification is required

Solution-based mentality

Proactive team member

Strong analytical skills

Up to date on new laws and regulations

Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Previous work experience is a plus

Strong integrity.
