Detailed Job Description:

As an interim Senior Legal Advisor, you will support the legal function within an asset management company. Your key responsibilities will be:

​

A) Providing legal guidance on the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), particularly in the context of UCITS and AIF management. You will play a key role in a project group focused on implementing DORA, offering legal insights and advice.

​

B) Offering legal advice on data protection regulations and the AI Act.

​

C) Advising on the application of general fund legislation, including UCITS/AIFMD compliance.

​

We expect you to have strong expertise in these areas of law and to be able to provide actionable legal support on complex regulatory matters.
