Job Summary

The Regulatory Affairs Director will provide strategic leadership and direction for the development, implementation, and maintenance of regulatory compliance programs and processes across the organization. This role will ensure that regulatory requirements are integrated into business strategies and operations, and that the organization is in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain regulatory compliance programs and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to business units to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry organizations.
  • Stay current with changing regulatory requirements and industry trends, and advise the organization accordingly.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve regulatory compliance objectives.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure regulatory compliance performance.
  • Ensure that regulatory compliance is integrated into business strategies and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, law, or business administration.
  • At least 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on compliance and enforcement.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex regulatory information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
