Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Support Professional with Top Secret Clearance to support a critical project requiring handling sensitive legal documents. This role is a full-time, 3-month contract position that offers immediate start. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in litigation support, document management, and be proficient in maintaining the highest level of security and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Support: Provide comprehensive support for legal cases, including document preparation, organization, review, and management of sensitive legal files.
- Sensitive Document Handling: Process and manage sensitive and classified documents, ensuring full compliance with security protocols and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Data Review and Organization: Review large volumes of documents for relevance, confidentiality, and classification, assisting in document production, indexing, and analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with legal teams to ensure that all documentation complies with legal requirements and deadlines.
- System Management: Utilize specialized software to track, catalog, and manage sensitive documents. Ensure accuracy in document filing and retrieval processes.
- Compliance with Security Protocols: Adhere to all government security guidelines regarding Top Secret clearance and classified information handling.
- Other Support Tasks: Assist with any additional tasks related to litigation support, as required by the team or legal department.
Required Qualifications:
- Top Secret Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain a current Top Secret clearance to handle highly sensitive documents.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation support or document management, particularly in roles requiring the handling of sensitive or classified information.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal procedures, document management, and the eDiscovery process is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to meticulously review and organize documents while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with litigation support software, database management, and document review platforms.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with legal teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely document delivery.
- Discretion and Integrity: Proven ability to work under pressure with sensitive and classified materials, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
