Client Relations Manager – Corporate Conference & Event Services
We are seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to lead conference and event operations in a prestigious law firm or corporate office setting. This role goes beyond standard event planning—it’s about delivering white-glove service and ensuring a seamless, hospitality-driven workplace experience for attorneys, executives, clients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate the Workplace Experience – Create a high-touch, professional environment where attorneys and executives receive top-tier service daily.
- Conference & Event Oversight – Manage meeting spaces, coordinate high-profile events, and ensure seamless execution of corporate functions.
- Office & Pantry Services Management – Oversee pantry services, meeting room setups, and workspace organization to maintain a polished, professional atmosphere.
- Team Leadership & Development – Supervise and mentor a team of 3 to 5 staff members, fostering a service-oriented and detail-focused culture.
- Executive & Client Engagement – Act as a trusted partner to attorneys, firm leadership, and high-profile clients, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Operational Excellence – Implement efficient processes to enhance service delivery, control costs, and optimize office operations.
- Office Services Oversight (Preferred) – If applicable, manage additional office service functions such as mailroom, print, and document management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in a law firm, financial institution, or corporate office managing conference services, hospitality, or client relations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality Management, Business, or related field).
- Proven leadership in managing staff, hiring, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Service-driven mindset with a passion for creating an exceptional workplace experience.
- Familiarity with office services (mailroom, print, document management) is a plus.
