Job Summary

###Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing and distributing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, and performing other administrative tasks.
- Assist in the management of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms.
- Coordinate the flow of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage the maintenance and organization of legal files, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices related to legal operations and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team.
###Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support in a legal environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
