Legal Operations - Ironclad Specialist
Job Description:
Trustpoint.One has an immediate opening for a Legal Operations - Ironclad Specialist on a contract basis for a global legal software company. This role will support workflow design and work closely with the legal team to evaluate, streamline, and implement efficient processes to optimize operations. Successful candidates will have expertise in Ironclad Workflow Design and previous experience in legal operations. The expected duration of the assignment will be 2-3 months and is open to full-time or part-time candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Ironclad Workflow Design, implement, and optimize workflows tailored to legal operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop documentation and training materials to support workflow adoption
- Ensure workflows align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in workflow design, Ironclad and legal operations
- Advanced usage of Workflow Designer, including placing Lifecycle Presets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a part-time schedule
- Able to solve dynamic problems in a solution-oriented environment
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
