What We Want:

​

The Legal Assistant will possess outstanding organization & time management skills while demonstrating a high-level of technical proficiency. You will bring at least 3 years of administrative/legal support experience in a law firm. As the Legal Assistant, you will have strong transcription speed, be familiar with workers compensation, and be detailed-oriented. You will possess strong systems experience and be very proficient with MS-Office Suite. Experience with ProLaw will set you apart.

What You’ll Do:

​

As the Legal Assistant, you will work on supporting the workers compensation practice of the firm. You will provide transcription for North Carolina workers compensation. You will maintain calendars for any related actions and proceedings. As the Legal Assistant you will coordinate couriers, send overnight packages, and prepare all related documents.
