Role Description
This is a fully remote role for a Legal Assistant at Gelber Law Group, P.A. The Legal Assistant will mainly be responsible for scheduling all matters at the firm, including but not limited to, depositions, mediations, inspections, EUO's, arbitrations, hearings, etc., as well as drafting legal document in relation to said scheduling matters, communication with clients and attorneys, providing administrative assistance, and supporting the legal team.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Legal Assistants skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in administrative assistance
- Knowledge of law and legal procedures
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
