Legal Admin I
Job Summary
Administers and coordinates administrative support for the legal department, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested. Maintains confidential and sensitive documents, files, and records. Provides administrative support for legal personnel, including attorneys and paralegals. Responds to routine inquiries and directs them to the appropriate person. Performs other administrative duties as required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college or associate degree preferred.
Experience
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal environment.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
