Head, Global Regulatory Operations

About the Role

The Head of Global Regulatory Operations will lead the development and implementation of a globally consistent approach to regulatory operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of regulatory activities across the Company's global footprint. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a globally consistent approach to regulatory operations
• Build and maintain a high-performing team
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Company, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Compliance
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on regulatory operations matters
• Develop and manage budgets for regulatory operations activities
• Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and technology enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure that regulatory operations are aligned with industry best practices and emerging trends
• Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to support regulatory operations activities
• Provide training and support to ensure that employees understand and comply with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs or operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior leadership and external partners
• Experience with budget management and financial planning
