Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Regulatory Compliance Operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and directing the compliance operations of our company, ensuring we meet all necessary regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive compliance program to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborating with various departments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.
• Conducting regular compliance monitoring and auditing to identify areas for improvement.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
• Developing and managing compliance budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Providing guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
