Job Summary

The eDiscovery Sr Specialist will work closely with the Litigation Team to support the eDiscovery process, from collection through production. This role is responsible for designing and implementing best practices for eDiscovery, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement eDiscovery workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, IT, and Records Management teams, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
• Develop and maintain eDiscovery documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and templates
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on eDiscovery tools and processes
• Manage eDiscovery vendors, including RFPs, contracts, and relationships
• Develop and track eDiscovery metrics, including cost, time, and quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies, external regulations, and industry standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in eDiscovery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or a related field
• Experience with eDiscovery tools, including Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, including collection, processing, review, and production
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Certification in eDiscovery, such as CEDS or RCA
• Experience with Machine Learning, AI, or similar technologies
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
