Job Summary

The Director of Compliance will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our company's compliance program. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Director of Compliance will also be responsible for managing our company's risk management program, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage our company's risk management program, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our business
• Oversee and manage all compliance-related activities, including auditing, monitoring, and reporting
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure our company's compliance program is current and effective
• Manage a team of compliance professionals
• Perform other duties as required

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. law, business, finance)
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (e.g. AML, KYC, GDPR)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
