Compliance Technical Specialist

About the Role

​

The Compliance Technical Specialist will provide technical support to the Compliance team, ensuring effective management and maintenance of our compliance systems and tools. This role will be responsible for configuring and testing compliance systems, developing technical documentation, and providing training to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Provide technical expertise to configure and maintain compliance systems and tools, including but not limited to, GRC platforms, compliance software, and internal databases.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of compliance systems and processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of compliance systems and tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to compliance systems and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance systems and tools with other business systems.
• Develop and maintain metrics and reports to measure compliance system performance.

Requirements

​

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment.
• Strong technical skills, including understanding of data modeling, database design, and software development.
• Experience with GRC platforms, compliance software, and internal databases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency.
