Role Description 

Director of Human Resources is pivotal in architecting and executing a forward-thinking HR strategy that encompasses the seamless integration of acquisitions, development of performance management systems, fostering of high-potential talent, and the cultivation of our core culture and values. Your mission will be to build a high-performing, efficient, and engaged workforce, acting as a crucial advisor to the Leadership team and the company.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Successfully lead acquisition integration processes in line with playbook guidelines, ensuring rapid and effective organizational integration  
  • Lead efforts to align company culture and values across all departments through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration  
  • Implement effective performance management initiatives, such as nine-box and succession planning, to ensure talent development and leadership continuity  
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner, driving efficient human resources practices and partnerships  
  • Execute hiring strategies, attracting and retaining top talent to drive organizational success with a heavy focus on potential

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Or equivalent degree  
  • 5+ years in HR Leadership  
  • Experience with a rapidly scaling technology/software business  
  • M&A integration experience, leading rapid integration of add-on acquisitionsTravel expected:
