Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: DC Area Preferred (not required)

Job Description

Responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners. Works with sales and service teams as well as the legal department to structure contracts. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with both commercial technology contracts and contracts governed by the FAR. This position will work closely across the company in a cross-functional manner including regular interaction with Legal, Sales, Business Development, Capture and Business Operations. This position includes developing and improving relationships with our customers, along with Account Executives, Program Managers, Business Development/Capture and technical and operations organizations in order to provide guidance and direction based upon the requirements of contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of contracting from the business development phase through contract closeout, delivering strong customer satisfaction, successful financial performance and risk mitigation. The Contracts Manager will negotiate and recommend approval of contractual documents for protection of the company's contractual/risk posture, satisfaction of contractual requirements and adherence to company policies. Therefore, a keen attention to detail is essential.

What You'll Be Doing

  •  Leading negotiations of a broad range of contracts, including government contracts, commercial technology contracts, and EULAs.
  •  Ensuring compliance with contractual provisions.
  •  Proposal development and negotiation, pre and post-award contract administration.
  •  Executing negotiation strategies that comply with company policies, mitigate risk and support accomplishment of business goals.
  •  Other projects and opportunities as assigned.
  •  Limited travel.

Required Skills

  •  Minimum 10 years of Government Contract Management experience, with at least two years of experience negotiating terms and conditions
  •  Advanced knowledge of FAR, DFARS and other U.S. government customer regulations
  •  Experience with Software Licensing, End User License Agreements (EULAs) and selling commercial items under FAR Part 12
  •  Extensive customer interface and negotiation experience
  •  Bachelor’s Degree
  •  Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  •  Ability to work across all levels of the organization (both internal/company and external/customer)
  •  Highly motivated; must be proactive and work independently with minimal oversight
  •  Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills And Qualifications

  •  Ability to identify risk and understand financial implications
  •  Strong analytical background
  •  Preference for TS/SCI clearance or willingness and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
  •  Knowledge of Import/Export (ITAR/EAR) and other Trade compliance regulations
  •  NCMA certification

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$91,105.92-150,956.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
