Job Title: Contract Specialist (Bid/Tenders Contracts)

Duration: 12 months  

Location: Remote

This position is for the Power/Energy division.

​

We are looking for a Contract Specialist (Bid/Tenders Contracts). We are looking for someone with a legal background to review contracts and participate in contract negotiations that need legal expertise. Location is flexible within the US.

• Analyzes and comments on tenders, contracts, and contract-related documents and gives proactive advice.
• Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and/or processes. (e.g legal questionnaire)
• Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy.
• Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations.
• Contributes to standardization of contracts and improvement processes.
• Review contract terms and conditions throughout America, ensuring they are according to the guidelines.
• Interfacing with stakeholders in different countries
• Participating in meetings with customers to negotiate T&Cs adjustments
