Job Title: IT Sourcing & Contracts Manager
Duration: 06+ Months Contract
Location: Westerville, OH (Onsite)
Duties:
- Lead the creation, negotiation, and management of various contracts including Master Contractor & Subcontractor Agreements (MCA), Master Supplier Services Agreements (MSSA), License Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Amendments, Renewals, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Oversee the red-lining process and ensure alignment between legal, business, and vendor requirements.
- Manage RFP responses for state and local government clients, supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and submit winning proposals.
Procurement Contracts:
- Manage end-to-end procurement contracts, from initiation through negotiation and final execution.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve any contract-related issues and ensure contract terms are being met.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for major IT procurement projects, from ideation to execution.
- Oversee vendor vetting and selection, ensuring the identification of the best-fit solutions for the organization.
- Take ownership of contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and optimal value for the company.
Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement contracts, and contract management, particularly within technology, software, and IT services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex sourcing and procurement projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and best practices in IT procurement.
- Experience managing RFP processes and working with government clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate-advanced level
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP, Agiloft) are a plus.
