The Office of the General Counsel (the “OGC”) oversees all legal and compliance functions. From small internal investigations to bet-your-company litigation, a steady stream of legal and compliance events combined with increased use of enterprise productivity applications necessarily involves collaboration between the OGC and the company’s IT department. While each legal event may not necessarily be complex or involve large volumes of data, they collectively consume personnel time and resources.
