NETRONIC is a global technology company with 19+ years of experience developing advanced electronic solutions for entertainment and tactical training. Our products are used in 80+ countries, including projects like Diriyah Season (Saudi Arabia) and Dezerland Park (USA). We’re now expanding into the U.S. defense sector — and we’re looking for an experienced contracts professional based in Orlando or nearby to support our federal contract operations.
Your Mission:
You’ll lead contract activities with the U.S. Department of Defense — from proposal preparation and submission to execution and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full contract lifecycle: proposals, negotiations, execution, compliance.
• Ensure alignment with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and EAR regulations.
• Oversee contract deliverables, timelines, risk, and performance.
• Maintain and manage government registrations: SAM.gov, CAGE, DUNS, NAICS.
• Support U.S. government audits (DCMA, DCAA).
• Communicate with U.S. contracting officers and internal teams.
• Monitor and evaluate new federal contracting opportunities.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of direct experience with U.S. DoD contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal procurement processes.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Law, Business, or related field.
• Proven skills in contract negotiation and compliance management.
• Hands-on experience with U.S. government portals and documentation.
• Must be based in Orlando, FL or nearby (remote work, but with location requirement).
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with ACC Orlando or PEO STRI.
• Background working with defense primes or subcontractors.
