Sr. Manager, Legal Ops - Technology

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Legal Ops - Technology to join our Legal Operations team. This role will be responsible for the strategic planning, development and implementation of technology solutions to support the Legal Department’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Develop and implement a technology roadmap to support the Legal Department’s strategic objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs
• Conduct requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, and solution design
• Develop and manage the department’s technology budget
• Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and training programs related to technology use
• Analyze and report on key metrics to measure technology effectiveness

Requirements

​

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Law, Business, Technology) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in legal operations or a related field
• Experience with legal technology solutions, such as contract management systems, e-billing, and document management systems
• Strong understanding of legal operations and technology needs of the legal department
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
