Sr. Manager, Legal Ops - Technology

About the Role

The Sr. Manager, Legal Ops - Technology will lead the development and implementation of technology solutions to drive efficiency and productivity within the legal department. This includes evaluating, recommending and implementing legal technology solutions to support the department's operations, managing relationships with technology vendors and ensuring alignment with the department's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

•   Manage the evaluation, selection and deployment of legal technology solutions that align with the department's strategic objectives
•   Collaborate with the legal department to identify areas of inefficiency and develop solutions to improve processes and workflows
•   Develop and manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure alignment with departmental objectives
•   Develop business cases to support technology investments and manage budgets accordingly
•   Work closely with IT to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with existing systems
•   Develop and implement training programs to ensure effective adoption of new technology solutions

Requirements

​

•   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
•   7+ years of experience in a legal operations or technology role, preferably in a corporate legal department
•   Strong understanding of legal technology solutions and trends
•   Excellent project management and analytical skills
•   Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
•   Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
