Job Description
Sobi is currently seeking an Sr. Manager, Contract Operations and Pricing to our Contracts & Pricing team. This position will partner with internal/external customers on all aspects relating to market access contracts, ensuring timely and appropriate identification of contract adherence and performance. Additionally, this position is responsible for verifying contract compliance (including formulary monitoring/positioning), managing chargeback membership, monitoring class of trade, and leading the contract rebate payment and reconciliation processes.
This is a remote position - candidates located within EST time zone are preferred.
Key Responsibilities/Scope of the Job
- Analyze customer submitted data, verify contract pricing terms, contract adherence, and communicate contract performance to key internal/external stakeholders.
- Work with the customer facing teams and their customers, partner with contract administration 3PL vendors to assist in processing data, validating contract & chargeback membership including maintaining GPO and PBM Spine on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Maintain ASP calculation models to estimate impact of additional contracts on ASP erosion
- Oversight of all aspects of market access contracts: analyze customer submitted data, verify contract pricing terms, contract adherence, and communicate contract performance to key internal/external stakeholders.
- Lead the rebate payment and reconciliation process across multiple channels (i.e. -GPOs, Specialty Pharmacies, Physicians/Providers, and Distributors), as well as maintaining all related payment details and documentation.
- Work with the customer facing teams and their customers, partner with contract administration 3PL vendors to assist in processing data, contract membership, formulary listings, chargeback membership, and rebate payment settlement.
- Responsible for developing any contracts/amendments, implementing strategic interpretation, contract language negotiation, payment terms, and leading it through the approval process.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal/external contacts and peers to ensure effective communication and a high level of customer service to support the successful implementation and execution of contract terms and payments.
- Understand and interpret contract language and regulations as it relates to contract setup and maintenance, to ensure payments are accurate, timely, compliant, and delivered/reconciled per the terms of the agreement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of biopharmaceutical contracting and/or operations business experience.
- Quantitative analysis and/or financial analysis experience.
- Experience working with external resources and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communications skills and relationship-building aptitude.
- Ability to read and understand complex legal contract documents.
- In-depth, highly technical, analysis skills, aptitude, and high proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint are required.
The base salary pay range for this role is $133,000-$180,000 annually. Actual pay for this position will take into account factors such as experience and location. In addition to a base salary, this position is also eligible for a competitive 401k match, short and long-term incentives, medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD and life insurance benefits, in addition to other health and wellness programs and offerings.
