Sr. Director, Regulatory Affairs

The Sr. Director, Regulatory Affairs will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and maintenance of regulatory compliance programs across the organization. \n\n### Responsibilities:\n•    Develop and implement regulatory compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations\n•    Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks\n•    Provide regulatory guidance and training to departments across the organization\n•    Monitor and analyze changes to regulations, industry trends, and best practices, and implement necessary changes to compliance programs\n•    Manage and coordinate responses to regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries\n•    Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations\n•    Ensure records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements\n•    Develop and manage the department budget and resource allocation\n•    Recruiting, training, and managing a team of regulatory professionals
