Additional responsibilities

This position is responsible for drafting account-specific documents; reviewing non-standard document language requests; referring issues to senior staff as required; coordinating and overseeing training of staff; conducting random audits to endure accuracy and consistency; leading day-to-day operations of team; consulting with team and elevating concerns to management; and acting as liaison between staff and management. include but not limited to presentation to team and leadership, education, and training, mentoring for growth opportunities.

Required Job Qualifications

​

• Bachelor degree or 4 years work experience in a position involving independent judgment and initiative.
• 1 year experience and skills in drafting standard or customized contracts or booklet documents with no guidance
• PC experience including Microsoft Office.
• Experience in deadline driven environment and completing tasks on time.
• Judgment and problem resolution skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills to interface with staff from other departments, draft document language and handle issue resolution

Preferred Job Qualifications

​

• Data Analytics skills
• Experience using Salesforce
• Experience developing corporate project plans. Skills in project management.

This is a flex (hybrid) role only.

Compensation: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00
