Responsibilities

• In-depth expertise in legal billing to assist in processing queries and electronic documents.
• Conduct financial forecasting activities, contributing to the management of budgets and expenditures.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze spending data and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Generate reports using legal tracking software and present findings to department heads during monthly meetings.
• Facilitate proactive communication with clients, managing expectations and building strong relationships.

Key Skills & Experience

• PQE 5 years +
• Proven experience in legal billing and financial forecasting, preferably in a corporate or legal operations setting.
• Demonstrated success in project management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional written, electronic, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and legal tracking software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
