Job Title: Senior Contract Manager – 22-Month Contract (2 Openings)

Location: South San Francisco, CA – Onsite

Overview:

 We're looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team for a 22-month contract. In this role, you’ll manage the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of complex contracts, ensuring smooth procurement and collaboration while adhering to laws and policies.

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.
• Advise on contract terms and process improvements.
• Work with internal and external teams to improve processes.
• Lead projects that support the department's scientific goals.
• Train other contract professionals and maintain contract records.

​

Requirements:

• BS/BA in Business, Legal, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 10 years of contract management experience (or 7 years with JD/PhD).
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
