Remote Contracts Manager
Salary: $47.50 to $55.00 hourly

About The Role
As our Contracts Manager, you'll work closely with the General Counsel and a small, dynamic legal team (2-3 members, with room for growth). You will play a critical role in supporting architecture, planning, and landscape design across various industries, including healthcare, education, and senior living.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Contract Management: Oversee the lifecycle of 10-15 contracts weekly, from initial drafting to execution and closeout.
- Collaborative Communication: Partner with business units and field teams, explaining contract intricacies in layman’s terms to ensure smooth operations.
- AEC Expertise: Leverage your experience with architecture, engineering, and construction contracts to provide tailored support and insights.
Schedule & Availability
- Work remotely but must be available during PST or MT hours (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing a high volume of contracts weekly with minimal oversight.
- Strong knowledge of AEC-related contracts is a must.
- A collaborative approach to work and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Requirements
- Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry experience is required.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing amendments to contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, ensuring beneficial terms for the organization.
- Expertise in redlining, identifying, and addressing problematic clauses in contracts.
