Principal, Contract Management
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal, Contract Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's contract management system, developing and implementing contract management processes and procedures, and providing training and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's contract management system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain contract management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to end-users on contract management system and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of contract management processes with other business functions.
- Analyze and report on contract management metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage contract management budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage vendor and outside counsel relationships related to contract management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining contract management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel, and contract management software.
