Anderson Wise is excited to aid an international investment company in their search for a Paralegal.

​

Your Responsibilities

​

• Manage standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requests, ensuring compliance with regulations such as FATCA and CRS.
• Facilitate the execution of corporate documents such as contracts, board minutes, shareholder resolutions, tax-related paperwork, and delegations of powers by collecting signatures and organizing documents.
• Perform essential corporate secretarial tasks, create documents, and format memos as instructed.
• Support associates in preparing for board meetings and ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
• Guide junior colleagues during document reviews and execute corporate documents efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of directors and companies and handle legal correspondence.
• Manage mail, file documents, and assist with occasional administrative requests.
• Initiate and implement projects to benefit the team and coordinate with external service providers.

Your Profile

​

• Relevant experience in Luxembourg.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with legal and corporate terms.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Reliable, proactive, and good at time management.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Capable of handling sensitive information discreetly.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with document management systems is advantageous.
• Dynamic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Skilled in building relationships with stakeholders
