Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal at Prospectacy™ Ltd in Nicosia. We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a paralegal. The successful candidate should know business law principles, corporate governance practices, trademark registration procedures, and intellectual property rights to assist lawyers in preparing for hearings, trials, and corporate meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures

• Experience in legal document preparation and document review

• Fluent in English, effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Excellent research abilities

• Due diligence

Requirements

• Diploma in Business

• Junior or Senior year in bachelor's degree

• More than 3 years of experience in a law firm

• Reference letter from legal firm or equivalent
