Operations Process Manager

Job Description:

SECTR Partners are currently supporting a leading Veterinary Group, looking to hire an Operations Process Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project lifecycle from conception to execution
• Full responsibility for completing projects on time, within budget & scope 
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop & lead new projects 
• Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to enhance workflow 
• Support the implementation of new technologies, working closely with the field team

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree 
• Proven success in process & project management 
• Previous experience in Veterinary, Healthcare or Private Equity 
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization, process automation and performance metrics
• High level of organization, attention to detail and adaptability
