Team Intro
The USDS User Business Operations team is looking for a collaborative and motivated Operations Associate to develop best-in-class practices and processes to help improve the creator experience. We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative self-starter with a background in agile practices and project management who doesn't shy from ambiguity. This person excels at communicating with diverse stakeholders, is adept at scaling technical processes, and drives decision making using data and dashboards they create.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the User Business Operations PMO and crossfunctional partners in Marketing and E-Commerce to own and drive initiatives that streamline creator engagement
- Develop and own creator engagement strategies, defining success metrics, executing campaigns, and delivering results
- Create and improve technical and operational processes as well as troubleshoot tooling issues and provide solutions to complex problems involving diverse stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, such as Data & Analytics and Product, to identify critical US Creator questions, ultimately designing, building and developing solutions for the US market
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of product/project/operations management or related experience
- Proven track record of solving complex problems with cross-functional stakeholders, operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail
- Team player, ability to engage on all levels of the organization
- Excellent writing, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of productivity tooling and metrics
- Demonstrated experience with delivering data insights
- Passionate about entertaining and short form content; knowledge of the media landscape and major trends in the industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the tech industry preferred

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $67724 - $101333 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
