Litigation (Warranty) Paralegal - California
Clark Hill is seeking a Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our Litigation business unit in Los Angeles, CA. The Paralegal will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates can be local to Los Angeles or work fully remotely. California legal experience is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate
- Experience assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including the use of eDiscovery software
- Experience managing high-volume litigation files from intake to settlement
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
The salary range for this role is $60-90k. Salary is commensurate with experience level. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
