Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise administrative staff in the legal department
- Oversee the coordination of complex legal projects and transactions
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Manage the legal department's budget and financial operations
- Oversee the maintenance of legal records and files
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the legal team
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a legal office environment
- Proven experience in managing budgets and financial operations
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiarity with legal software and technology, such as document management systems
