Job Description:

I'm partnering with a market-leading drug discovery company, with an innovative range of service offerings, in search for a Legal Manager to join their high-performing team.

You’ll be responsible for contract drafting, negotiation, and providing legal oversight across the company, working closely with senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D) degree and active bar membership 
• Experience as attorney in corporate law
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies
• US based (ideally in the North-East)
