Job Title
Actively seeking a Billing Training & Development Specialist that will work with the Billing Team for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position requires that the candidate bring prior experience working within a Law Firm, utilizing software such as Aderant or Elite for billing, coding, and invoicing purposes.

PAY
$115 - $125K (Commensurate w/Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 5+ yrs Experience of Legal Billing Work Experience REQUIRED
- Experience Utilizing Aderant or Elite Billing, Coding, and Invoicing Accounting Software
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Intermediate Excel (Data Entry, Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) REQUIRED
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train identified Client Accounting personnel, domestic and international, on core department programs
- Actively participates in the testing, documentation and implementation of new and upgraded business applications
- Schedules, tracks and provides training to a diverse group of users, including managers and supervisors, all groups within the department
- Documents and provides training on Client-specific processes and procedures
- Partners with Client Accounting managers and supervisors to validate and develop professional skills training programs
- Develops, delivers and maintains various professional skills training programs, i.e. communication, writing, customer service, etc.
- Assigned Training & Development Projects as Needed
