Rubin & Levin is looking for a full-time paralegal/legal assistant that meets the following criteria:

 Bachelor’s Degree, paralegal certificate, or experience as a legal assistant/paralegal

 Ability to learn quickly and follow processes

 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

 Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail

 Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other firm software
