Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
Trustpoint.One is pleased to partner with an Am Law 200 civil defense litigation law firm in its search for a Legal Administrative Assistant. This is a direct hire, full-time role, and is primarily on-site (4 days in office; 1 day remote after first 90 days) out of the Firm's Cleveland, OH offices.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the litigation practice team and work with a growing team.
Key Responsibilities of the Legal Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Performing secretarial and clerical duties.
- Maintaining and organizing case files.
- Scheduling depositions, meetings, and other appointments.
- Managing communications among clients, opposing counsel, and practice team members.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications of the Legal Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
- 3+ of Litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines.

The salary range for the Legal Administrative Assistant position is $55,000-65,000/Year, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time;
Repetitive movement (i.e. heavy computer/keyboard use).
May require occasional light lifting (files, copy paper, etc.).
