Position Summary:

The Head of Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs to ensure that the company meets all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards globally. This includes overseeing global testing requirements, managing social and ethical factory compliance through audits, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Social and Ethical Factory Compliance

  • Audit Management: Plan, conduct, and oversee factory audits to ensure compliance with social and ethical standards.  
  • Develop Compliance Programs: Design and implement compliance programs focused on labor practices, environmental impact, and ethical sourcing.  
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate factory managers and workers on compliance standards and ethical practices.  
  • Report Findings: Compile audit reports, highlight areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.  
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with factories to develop and implement corrective action plans and ensure continuous improvement in compliance standards.  
  • Ensure not only are factories Kith Compliant but also Kith Licensee Collaborations.  

General Compliance Oversight

  • Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures.  
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies.  
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.  
  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.  
  • Reporting: Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.  
  • Partner with the PD and Production Dept. to ensure Kith Manuals/SOPs are kept up to date for both internal and external partners.  
  • Ensure all Kith partners/suppliers are adhering to our NDA requirements and ensuring the Kith brand is not damaged.  

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCEP, CCO) is preferred.  
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance management, with a significant portion in a global or multinational company.  
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of global testing requirements, social and ethical compliance standards, and regulatory environments.
