You support our team as

Global Contract Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • In accordance with Freudenberg standards, you further implement our contract management and administration processes at the business group Freudenberg Performance Materials
  • You identify, evaluate, and implement a defined global contract formation process (including review, approval, and signature authorization)
  • Regarding commercial and legal aspects, you conduct first contract reviews and risk assessments, and handover your results to our legal department for continue processing
  • You further develop the current contract administration, retention tools and processes
  • You contribute to the development and establishment of standards, also you further develop the current contract management
  • In terms of contract management, you train your matrix organization and empowered resources

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed studies in economics, business law, or comparable fields
  • You own first or several years of professional experience in contract management or in a legal department (desirable)
  • You possess very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • In terms of contract law you offer strong knowledge, as well as an understanding of commercial contexts
  • You have project management experience
  • You demonstrate very good communication and negotiation skills in both German and English
