Job Overview:  

Warp9 is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to provide our clients with expert case strategy, process guidance, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle, hands-on experience with leading review platforms, and the ability to advise legal teams on best practices. In addition to client-facing responsibilities, this role will involve internal leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:  

Client & Case Strategy Responsibilities:  

• Serve as a trusted eDiscovery advisor to law firms and corporate legal teams, offering strategic guidance on handling cases efficiently.  
• Conduct client consultations to assess case needs, define project scope, and recommend workflows, cost-effective solutions, and defensible processes.  
• Provide guidance on data preservation, collection, processing, review, and production best practices.  
• Advise clients on technology-assisted review (TAR), analytics, early case assessment (ECA), and other advanced eDiscovery techniques.  
• Act as a subject matter expert in Relativity (Preferably), Reveal, Logikcull, and other eDiscovery platforms, helping clients optimize their workflows.  
• Coordinate with forensic experts and legal teams to develop collection and production protocols that meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Internal Leadership & Collaboration:  

• Collaborate closely with Warp9’s internal teams, including forensic analysts, review managers, and sales professionals, to ensure seamless project execution.  
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to internal employees on eDiscovery best practices, workflows, and case strategies.  
• Assist in developing SOPs, workflow improvements, and efficiency strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.  
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and legal professionals, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project goals.

Project Management & Execution:  

• Oversee multiple eDiscovery projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.  
• Develop and maintain case documentation, workflows, and project reports to track progress and inform stakeholders.  
• Proactively troubleshoot technical, operational, and workflow challenges to prevent delays and maintain client satisfaction.  
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications:  

• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project management within a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal service provider.  
• Strong understanding of EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model), FRCP (Federal Rules of Civil Procedure), and industry standards.  
• Hands-on expertise in Relativity (Preferred), Reveal, or other leading eDiscovery platforms.  
• Experience advising clients on case strategy, cost-effective workflows, and defensible processes.  
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex eDiscovery concepts to legal and technical teams.  
• Experience coaching and mentoring internal employees, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth.  
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and/or Project Management certification (PMP, CEDS, or similar) is a plus.
