Location: Fully Remote (US-based applicants only)  

Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

Are you an experienced eDiscovery professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading provider of legal technology solutions, is seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic fully remote opportunity for a motivated professional with strong project management skills and a background in litigation support or legal technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices, client requirements, and case timelines.
• Collaborate with legal teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to provide efficient and cost-effective eDiscovery solutions.
• Utilize Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms to oversee data processing, review workflows, and productions.
• Provide strategic guidance on case strategy, data culling, and review protocols.
• Monitor project progress, address potential risks, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and communications to ensure transparency with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience within a law firm, legal service provider, or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of Relativity and other eDiscovery tools. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is highly preferred.
• Experience managing the EDRM lifecycle, including data collection, processing, hosting, review, and production.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A Juris Doctor (JD) is strongly preferred but not required. Other eDiscovery certifications are a plus.
