eDiscovery Project Coordinator
Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, a law firm of 300 attorneys in over 30 practice groups, is accepting applications for a full-time eDiscovery Project Coordinator in our Syracuse, NY location.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist and provide support in the areas of document collections, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information and any other information related to a matter.
- Assist case teams, outside counsel, clients, and experts in solving complex database and other technical issues; implement advanced workflows in review, production, and exhibit databases; create complex queries and filtering to aid in the organization of the review methodology.
- Assist case teams and project management with various tasks including, but not limited to, searching, data analysis and validation document coding, privilege logs, and transcript management.
- Support and validate electronic processing, load file and data manipulation, data loading into review platforms, and document productions databases.
- Track all disbursement charges for processing, paper automation and production of documents.
- Ensure service vendors conform to all Firm guidelines, protocols, and best practices, when technology projects are outsourced.
- Keep abreast of technology, legal trends, and news as it relates to litigation support/eDiscovery through trade magazines, articles, webinars, and conferences.
- Train end‐users on Practice Support applications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Legal experience preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task while under pressure.
- Strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

This position's salary range is between $55,000-$65,000, negotiable based on years of experience.
