In this role, you’ll:

• Lead client engagements, solving intricate challenges related to M365 adoption, data security, and compliance.
• Define and implement custom strategic solutions leveraging advanced M365 capabilities, from Purview eDiscovery to Data Loss Prevention and beyond.
• Stay ahead of the curve by assessing new Microsoft features, shaping defensible solutions, and guiding clients through their digital transformation.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping this firm's competitive edge and service offerings in the M365 ecosystem.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, providing thought leadership and strategic direction.

What We Need:

• Expertise in M365 (Purview, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and more).
• Proven track record in eDiscovery, Information Governance, and legal defensibility.
• Experience developing solutions for data protection and compliance.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.
• Passion for mentoring, team development, and business growth.
• Ability to travel (up to 35%, including international).
• 10 years experience in the relevant areas
