eDiscovery & DFIR Sales Executive - $140,000 base + uncapped commission circa 9%  

An opportunity to join a global leader in professional services for over 20 years, specializing in Post-Breach Cyber Review, Document Review, and Legal/Business Process Outsourcing. With operations in over 47 countries and data centers across the U.S., Europe, Australia, and the Caribbean. This company values a high-performance sales culture, rewarding proactive, results-driven professionals with uncapped earning potential.  

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, who understands the Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) market, including Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs), DF providers, insurance carriers, and breach coaches/firms.  

Responsibilities of an eDiscovery & DFIR Sales Executive:  

  • Managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities  
  • Networking with potential clients and developing a strong pipeline  
  • Conducting sales presentations and effectively communicating service offerings  
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals  
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools  
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction  
  • Selling Global Managed Document Review and DFIR services to large law firms, ALSPs, and Fortune 100-350 corporations  
  • Leveraging expertise in eDiscovery, Legal Operations, and related fields (a plus)  

Compensation & Work Setup  

  • Base Salary: Up to $140K  
  • Commission: Uncapped (4-8% per deal)  
  • Location: Fully remote (must be based in and have experience in the US market)
