eDiscovery & DFIR Sales Executive - $140,000 base + uncapped commission circa 9%

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, who understands the Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) market, including Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs), DF providers, insurance carriers, and breach coaches/firms.
Responsibilities of an eDiscovery & DFIR Sales Executive:
- Managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Networking with potential clients and developing a strong pipeline
- Conducting sales presentations and effectively communicating service offerings
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
- Selling Global Managed Document Review and DFIR services to large law firms, ALSPs, and Fortune 100-350 corporations
- Leveraging expertise in eDiscovery, Legal Operations, and related fields (a plus)
Compensation & Work Setup
- Base Salary: Up to $140K
- Commission: Uncapped (4-8% per deal)
- Location: Fully remote (must be based in and have experience in the US market)
