eDiscovery Analyst (Contractor)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

​

• Generate and manage daily disablement reports for employees under legal hold.
• Ensure proper documentation and final collection of data.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and eDiscovery best practices.
• Assist in managing laptop asset tracking and collection for litigation cases.
• Perform quality control (QC) checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with help desk and cross-functional teams to facilitate collection and preservation efforts.
• Support Microsoft Purview collection activities under guidance from senior team members.
• Track, document, and report on project tasks and metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams across different divisions to meet project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

​

• 3-5 years of eDiscovery experience.
• Experience with tools such as Reveal, Relativity, or other eDiscovery platforms.
• Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Prior experience in corporate, legal, or vendor environments.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
