Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a skilled team of professionals in business valuation, financial analysis, and dispute resolution.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance client offerings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing trusted advice on complex business valuation and dispute matters.
• Oversee complex valuation projects, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and litigation support.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings and negotiations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Professional certifications such as ABV, ASA, or CPA strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in business valuation, dispute resolution, and financial analysis.
• Proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience with litigation support and expert witness testimony is a plus.
